Q: Does the design cost extra?

No design of your campaign materials is included in the quoted prices.

 

Q: Can I order these items at anytime?

We can print these items at time to meet your deadline. Please leave us enough time though to design and print, we like to have at least 10 days! 

 

Q: How much is delivery?

Delivery of your materials is included in the quoted price.

 

Q: I'm using the post office to distribute my literature and they require that it is bundled in a certain way. Can you do this?

Yes we can arrange for your printed items to be bundled to the Royal Mail requirements. Please send us the details and we will advise.

 

Q: Can you give a delivery time?

Sorry we do not have our own delivery drivers. We use national couriers. They will only supply us with a delivery day not time. All deliveries will be made in office hours Mon-Fri. Someone will need to be available to take delivery.

 

Q: How are we billed?

We bill you once we go to print. Payment terms are 30days and we prefer to be paid by online bank transfer, otherwise a cheque. We are giving you credit so we would very much like to be paid within the 30days. If this is exceded we do have the right, under legisation passed by the last labour Government to add costs for chasing payments. 

 

Q: Can you remove this from the picture?

Yes, but depends what it is. A lampost from behind someones head is fine for us to do! 

 

Q: Can I have another quantity?

Yes, we can't show every price on here, but please call or email and we will give you the cost for your required quantity.

 

Q: Is there VAT?

Yes, there is VAT on some items but all prices shown are inclusive of VAT. You pay the price you see nothing more!

 

 

 

Q: Can you get it to us by Friday?

The answer is usually YES! we will always try to meet a tight deadline, just call and ask.

 

Q: We've just bought a digital camera. Can we just email you the pictures we've taken on it for use in our literature?

By all means, however there are a few things to bear in mind. Send us the largest file you can. As with all photographs we recommend that you send them to us as soon as possible in the process so that we can let you know whether they're of suitable quality.

 

Q: Can you copy a design we currently use ?

Yes we can, as long as we are not infringing anyones copyright.

 

Q: Can we supply our own design/artwork to be printed?

Yes we are happy for you to do this. We just ask you to check with us first as we will give you our specifications to work to. 5mm bleed etc!

 

Q: Can we get a receipt for election expenses?

Yes, you will get a receipt for expenses at election time but only if you request one. It will be sent by email.

 

Q: Can we use these photos?

We are happy to work with any images supplied as long as they are good enough to print. It is your responsibility to check they meet any copyright and rights clearances.

 

Q: Can we see a proof?

Yes, we send proofs as PDFs by email. You need to check and approve before we go to print. Any errors after sign off are your responsibilty. 

 

Q: Can I cancel?

It depends at what stage we are at. Please call asap and we will advise if we can and what costs have been incurred so far.

 

Q: What data do we hold?

We only keep data of our customers and people who have registered their email for information. We do not share or sell this data with others. We use this data to mail offers from time to time of our products. You can unsubscribe at anytime by clicking the link in the email sent to you or by contacting us directly.

 

 

 

Q: Can we have more than one Councillor picture/contact details on a card ?

Yes we can design to your requirement as long as there is space to get it all to fit at a readable size!

 

Q: Where do you print?

All of our printing is done within the United Kingdom.

 

Q: Can we pay by credit card?

No sorry, payment by online bank transfer or cheque only.

 

Q: Do you use FSC paper?

Yes we do use FSC paper.

 

Q: What happens when we order?

We offer an easy step by step process

  1. Select report format, number of pages and quantity required

  2. Order!

  3. We will send you a Word document for your text

  4. Supply text and pictures

  5. Check proof

  6. Sign off for print

 

Q: What date will we get our stuff?

When you order the first thing we ask is when do you need it! We then agree with you when you can deliver text and images to us in time to meet the dates.

 

Q: Do we get an invoice?

Q: Can we have a different format?

Yes, we are a design agancy so work with many formats not just the ones we show here. Just call and ask.

 

Q: Are designs fixed?

No, we help you by having a template for some items to help collect together the correct amount of text and images for each peice. But we can design as you wish in labour party fonts or not as you require.

 

Q: Do you print for other parties?

No, we only print for Labour!
