The Company
Public Impact is a design agency and
communications consultancy. We work
for a variety of organisations in all business sectors
– commercial, government and
‘not for profit’. We have worked with over
170 Labour MPs in the past seven years.
We do not work for the other parties
nor their MPs. We are staffed by Labour Party members
and supporters.

Objective
The idea is to help you prepare for
the
coming challenges and to ensure that you
are promoting your role as a constituency
MP effectively.

Content
As part of the service we:
- Examine the communications output of the MP’s
office
- Examine the output of the MP through
local party channels
- Analyse the effectiveness of the communications
used
- Look at the resources available for communications
- Discuss with the MP and their staff their current
objectives, messages and constituency issues
- Examine any currently documented strategy
We would need you to collate together
certain materials as an aid prior to us
holding a half-day meeting in your Westminster office.

The Service Output
We will then present a report
with recommendations on:
- The findings of our discussions including
our view of strengths and weaknesses
- The key messages for the MP’s campaign strategy
- How the Communications Strategy can be improved,
documented and conveyed to their staff and supporters
- An outline programme for implementing the strategy
over the next twelve months to two years

We are happy to undertake any
of the following, but these would be chargeable at our
normal consultancy rate
- Visit to constituency office
- Full media analysis
- Full campaign planning
Our Experience
In delivering this service we combine
our experience of working for Labour and its MPs with
our track record of consultancy projects and communications
audits for campaigning charities, councils, NHS bodies
and commercial bodies large and small.
